At NAZAQAT, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.
✅ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed items
- Items in original condition with all tags intact
- Return request made within 7 days of delivery
Not eligible for return:
- Sale/discounted items
- Jewellery & accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-stitched or altered pieces
🔁 How to Request a Return
- Email us at shopnazakat@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photo (if item is damaged/incorrect)
- Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and send it via a trusted courier (return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless it was our error).
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You’ll receive the amount via the original mode of payment.
- In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
🔄 Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? We offer free exchange on eligible clothing items (1st exchange only).
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
📦 Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
- To cancel, email us at shopnazakat@gmail.com with your order ID.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
